Regenerative Therapy

Regenerative Therapy uses small strings of amino acids that act like drones to influence cellular function and metabolic processes that support growth and repair of tissues while also regulating inflammation and helping to reduce the effects of aging.

Discover True Vitality with Regenerative Therapy

For decades, regenerative therapy was limited but yielded incredible outcomes. Today, the benefits of regenerative therapy and its impact on the human body at a deeply cellular level are well understood. These advancements allow practitioners to help patients like you reduce risk of disease, improve vitality, and embrace health and longevity.

Take Control of Your Weight

Obesity impacts more than half of the global population and is only projected to worsen. Poor weight management is a major contributor to disease and all-cause mortality in the United States. Weight loss and subsequent healthy weight management is often deterred by overly stressful lifestyles that impair the metabolism and overtax many of the body’s systems. Regenerative Therapy works to correct these issues and support the production of key factors that assist in fat reduction, metabolic efficiency (including blood sugar and insulin support), and ultimately healthy weight management.

Benefits Include:

  • Improved lean muscle mass
  • Better sleep
  • Blood sugar balance

  • Improved body composition

  • Weight management

Frequently Asked Questions

What is Functional Family Medicine?

Functional Family Medicine is an Albuquerque concierge family medical practice owned and operated by the husband and wife team of Rodger and Camille Johnson. Our primary mission is the maintenance of your health and wellness – not just to treat any medical problems you may have as and when they occur.

What sets Functional Family Medicine apart from other primary care providers?

The most significant difference is that we are limiting our number of clients to 700 per medical provider. This may seem a lot, but when you compare this to a New Mexico primary care providers average roster of 3000 – 3500 patients you can see the difference. This enables us to spend as much time as you need to understand your medical condition, the treatment options, have all your questions answered and all in an unhurried relaxed atmosphere. It gives us both the opportunity to develop a strong relationship with the overall goal of maintaining your health and wellness through individually tailored healthcare programs.

Do you accept health insurance?

Happily, NO! Functional Family Medicine only has a contract with you, not with an insurance company, so all treatment decisions are made in YOUR best interest. We encourage our patients to have medical insurance from the NMHIX. We believe that primary care should just be between you and your provider, with no third party interference.

Do I need Health Insurance?

We recommend that our patients continue to carry both a major medical plan and a health savings account, thereby ensuring financial help should hospitalization or referral to a specialist be necessary.

If I have Medicare, can I still join Functional Family Medicine?

Yes, you can. One of the reasons we founded Functional Family Medicine was to help folks on Medicare who increasingly are having a hard time finding a provider who accepts Medicare, or who accepts new patients. The good thing is that Medicare covers the big stuff.

Can I get prescription medications at Functional Family Medicine?
